The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with built-in wardrobe and one with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The Residence offers a series of exclusive services for guests, including a beautiful panoramic terrace where there is a swimming pool with deck chairs and sun loungers, available free of charge to guests.
From the terrace you can enjoy an exceptional view over the whole beach and the Feniglia reserve. There is also a space in the garden dedicated to a play area for children.
In the hall there is a bar where you can use the wifi and relax in the reading corner overlooking the pool.
A connection service between the residence and the beach is ensured by shuttles operating from early morning until 7.00 p.m.
Finally, the residence has a laundry service, a reception and an internal parking.

The request for a week varies according to the period:

- July and August: € 1,350.00

- June and September: € 1,100.00

For weekly stays the utilities are included, the payment of € 60.00 is required for the final cleaning fee and of € 500.00 as a damage deposit.
