In the ancient Spanish fortress of Porto Ercole, dating back to the 15th century, we suggest for renting an apartment with living room, dining area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a terrace.

DESCRIPTION

The structure accommodates up to 10 guests in a location of incredible charm both from a historical and landscape point of view.

Located in the wonderful Rocca Spagnola, the apartment has a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Feniglia tombolo, Ansedonia and the Islet.

The apartment consists of a comfortable living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and a flat screen TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 4 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.

Being an ancient fort, the walls of the property are very thick and this explains the lack of air conditioning for a house that is always cool.

The apartment is located in a strategic position on the Argentario with respect to the many places of interest in the Maremma (5 km from Orbetello, 39 km from Saturnia and Grosseto and 50 km from Castiglione della Pescaia) easy to reach.

The weekly request varies according to the period:

- May or June: € 2,800.00
- July: € 4,200.00
- August: € 4,900.00

For weekly stays, utilities are included, the payment of € 80.00 for the final cleaning and of € 1,000.00 as damage deposit are requested.
