The property is divided into two floors and consists of 6 comfortable bedrooms, 5 bathrooms plus a sixth "service" bathroom, a large equipped kitchen, a pleasant courtyard equipped with a large wooden barbecue and a swimming pool of about 20 meters with trampoline and equipped with changing rooms.

The villa is isolated enough to enjoy the tranquility of the Apulian countryside but is still a few minutes from Grottaglie, the capital of handcrafted ceramics and the best peasant traditions of Puglia.

Close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello, the Caves of Castellana, Cisternino and the Fasano zoo-safari. The villa is 40 km from Brindisi airport and about an hour from Bari airport.

The request for a week varies according to the period:

- September: € 3,500.00

For weekly stays, utilities are included, a payment of € 120.00 for the final cleaning and of € 1,500.00 as a damage deposit are requested.
