In the well known town of Sabaudia, we suggest for renting a villa with 2 living rooms, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garden, terrace and private access to the beach.

DESCRIPTION
The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Upstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace with a garden; on the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a garden and the following bedrooms: one double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub, one single bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed with shared bathroom with shower.

The villa has its own access to the beach and 2outdoor showers (one cold and one hot).

The monthly rent varies according to the period:

- July: € 24,000.00
- August: € 27,000.00

Linen and towels are provided. The rate includes a weekly cleaning of the house (4 hours).
The payment of a damage deposit of € 2,500.00 is required.
