Villa Tessa is a marvellous property located in the ancient town of Tiggiano, 14 km from the fabulous beach of Santa Maria di Leuca. The overall look is really unique thanks to the furnishing, the selected materials such as the typical leccese stone, and the skilful usage of the colours. Villa Tessa is characterized by a particular architecture with its orange trees courtyard protecting the house from the outside town noises.

The access to the Villa is on the ground floor through a beautiful entrance that leads to the cozy living room, equipped with a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi and Hi-Fi; a French window looking on the courtyard gives a beautiful brightness to the room and offers the chance to create a great space during the warm season.

The dining room has a table for 12 people, the tiny kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook. On the ground floor there is also the beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Through the corridor you can reach the sleeping area where there are two more bedrooms: a double room and a twinbed room sharing a bathroom equipped with shower.

Near the living room there is another bathroom with a stone bathtub. From the outside courtyard there is a stone staircase that leads to the beautiful furnished terrace equipped with tables and deckchairs. On the terrace there is a ground pool with hydro massage at guests disposal from May to October; there is also a comfortable covered eating area, with table seating 8/10 people and a cooking area with sink, refrigerator and BBQ.

From the terrace you can get to an independent double room with ensuite bathroom. Villa Tessa has air conditioning, heating, 2 outdoor hot showers (one located in the outside courtyard and the other on the terrace) and two bicycles to be used by the guests at their convenience.

Linen is changed once a week and a cleaning service (2 hours twice a week) is organized for the ordinary maintenance of the propriety.

Extra fees: electricity usage € 100,00 per week and water to be paid a part according to the usage.
