Casanova is one of three farmhouse in the exclusive hamlet of Castelrotto and it is a completely renovated farmhouse located in the Orcia Valley countryside. It is part of the immense wine estate of 600 hectares called Castelnuovo Tancredi. The surrounding landscape has remained unchanged and the Sienese countryside offers a unique view of Montalcino and the rolling hills.

There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 on each side of the living room. A large living room and kitchen offer guests moments of real peace and tranquility. There is a large outdoor covered patio for dining and enjoying the views over the fields with Montalcino twinkling in the distance.

The farmhouse has 3 bathrooms with showers.

It is perfect for 2 families with 2 children.

Guests have access to the swimming pool and the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vast and unspoiled area of the Estate of Castelnuovo Tancredi, a renowned historical property and part of the ADSI, or Dimore Storiche Italiane.

On request, the following can be organized for our guests:
Wine tasting in the cellar
Typical dinner at the "Tribbio" farmhouse above the cantina
Organized excursions
Breakfast Basket
Special shopping service is offered "what would you find in your fridge upon arrival?"

If the house Is rented by a Group of 4 or Less the two rooms and One bathroom on the right side of the entrance (see floor plan) won't be accessible. If 5 or more All the house will be at disposal.
No pesticides and toxic products are used around the property and in the houses.
