Gelso is a beautiful property in a wonderful Masseria, near Polignano, ideal for enjoying the beaches or for visiting the Puglia with her historical cities.

The apartment has an open lounge and kitchen, two bedrooms with patio doors open up onto the beautiful grounds with a view of the pool.

The manicured gardens, a covered pergola, a large pizza oven, an area for the children to play, an area with an hammock where you can relax reading your favorite book.

SWIMMING POOL OPENING TIME

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Cleaning twice a week

 

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST 

- Extra linen and towels with an extra fee

- Heating to be paid extra at consumption

- Cook service: ad hoc

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
