Lamia Turchese is a cozy property delightfully furnished surrounded by a 2 hectares beautiful ground that combines different Trulli ad Lamia. Ideal for a small family or a little group of friends who like the relax, the peace but also the possibility to share a part of their holiday with other people.

This property has an open plan dining, a kitchen, a living room, 3 spacious and bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

In the garden you can find a wonderful shared pool and a communal BBQ.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 500,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
