Trullo Palumieddu is a beautiful property where the original design mixes with modern features. The wonderful outdoor area with a large swimming pool is ideal for relaxing, but if you want to enjoy the life of local cities, you are not too far from them, the Zoo Safari or the excellent water park.

In this Trullo, everything is comfortable: in the living room there is a sofa, a table with chairs, a wall-mounted TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with kettle, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The master bedroom is very bright and has a canopy bed and A / C, the second bedroom has a double bed and A / C. There are 2 bathrooms.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in takes place between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

30% payment at time of booking

Payment of the balance 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- In case of cancellation up to 46 days before your arrival date 30% of the total price of the reservation

- In case of cancellation less than 46 days before your arrival date 100% of the total price of the reservation



 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1,000.00 is required.

Once the conditions of the property have been verified, it will be returned within 7 days after departure



NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE UP TO € 200.00

A payment of € 10.00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your stay, up to a value of € 200.00.
