Villa Bianca is a wonderful Villa, modern in design and with all comforts, split on two levels connected by an internal staircase, near the beaches and the rocky coves.

You will access the property through electric gates and you will find beautiful gardens, a pool 10x4 and 1.2m deep. and a mini football pitch for children.

On the first floor there are open plan lounge and dining areas with typical vaulted ceilings and patio doors opening out onto veranda. The dining room has a beautiful stone fireplace and a large wooden table sitting 8, TV, WiFi, sourround sound system and air conditioning throughout. On the same floor you will find a modern and well equipped kitchen.

There are also 3 bedrooms, the double one has an en-suite bathroom and the other two with french bed and signle bed share a second bathroom. 

On the second floor there are a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a fully fitted bathroom with washing machine and shower.

SWIMMING POOL OPENING TIME

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST 

- Extra linen and towels with an extra fee

- Heating to be paid extra at consumption

- Cook service: ad hoc

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
