Villa Ines is a wonderful property surrounded by well-maintained gardens with olive trees with access from a private road. There are verandas, BBQ and a beautiful swimming pool totally private. 

The Villa has an handmade, bespoke and fully equipped kitchen. The open plan kitchen has an ample room to dine and it is comfortable to cook. If you prefer you can eat on the veranda enjoying the beauty of the gardens. A Lounge with an open fireplace can be reached from the kitchen/dining room. There are 3 double bedrooms which shares 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet and toilet.

There are also a washroom not attached to the main house, where you can find a washing machine and a storeroom for your suitcases or everything you want. There is also a detached garage used by the owners for their own personal belongings.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
