Trullo Petrelli combines the tradition of this kind of authentic structures and the modernity of the comfort. It has a great outdoor area with beautifully kept gardens full of both pale and bright pink rose bushes, a large private pool and a BBQ.

Within the main Trullo there is a small kitchen area with electric hob, fridge, microwave and coffe machine. The living area which also doubles up as a bedroom gives access to the garden. This room share a bathroom with a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.  You can also find another double bedroom suite and another bathroom in a separate Trullo.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
