Villa Albachiara is the ideal place for families or friends wanting to stay ina very special villa, which is enclosed in its own grounds.

It has 7bedrooms, two lounges on the first floor, and a wonderful lounge and entertainment room, on the lower level. The villa can host up to 14 people.

The lounge has seating for 12 people, a white piano, a fireplace and open sweeping staircase which leads to the bedrooms.

On this floor there is the main lounge, another seating area, overlooking the gardens and a 2nd lounge (Green room) with seating for all the family.  

The villa is characterised by the typical atmosphere of the 80's.  All bedrooms, have a walk in wardrobe area and en-suite.

In the main villa there are 5 bedrooms all with walk in area wardrobes for cloths and en-suite bathrooms.

There is A/C throughout.  

A great party villa, with large pool, which has a depth of 4,00 m, and 1,00 m approx at the shallow end.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
