Villa Cristina is 5 minutes drive to the White City (Ostuni).

It is a fantastic villa with pool, private drive, nestled within 8,000 sqm of gardens, with many varieties of trees and shrubs.

Inside, you enter through a large kitchen that is hand made of local stone, with bespoke kitchen cupboards and a dining room with open fireplace. The dining table can seat 12 people and has windows on all sides so you can enjoy the amazing view of the gardens and the pool.

From the lounge, you have access to all three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom.

There is air conditioning in the lounge, kitchen, and bedrooms.

Outside, there is a stone built BBQ and an orchard, with fruit trees. There is seating for 6, which is totally private and secluded, with views of the pool.

The pool is 8m x 5m and 1.2m deep, with plenty of room to sunbath.

The swimming pool is opened from May 1st to September 30th

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
