Villa Livia is a modern designed villa located near the famous white city of Ostuni.

Built of stone, with Puglian stone flooring, Villa Livia is a spacious villa, with a huge outdoor space and it has everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Villa Livia is the ideal property for families or friends: the lounge seats 8 people and all the bedrooms are on one floor.
The kitchen, is well equipped, it has a gas hob and electric oven. 

The Villa has a huge grounds of approximately 8000 sqm and a large swimming pool (10m x 5m and 1.2 meters deep).

The gardens are well maintained and filled with Olive Trees.

The villa is near the white city of Ostuni and only a 5 minute drive from Carovigno, with its Michelin Star restraurant.

Puglia is one of the top holiday destinations but the towns nearby of San Michele, Carovigno, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ceglie are still relatively unspoilt by tourism.

The World Heritage Site of Alberobello is about a 30 minute drive.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled from up to 46 prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
