Located between Carovigno and Ostuni, Villa Mira with its private pool and sea view, is the perfect choice for an exclusive holiday in Puglia.

Villa Mira is a newly built villa with swimming pool and Jacuzzi, it is composed of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can host up to 10 people.

A typical rural road with electric gates gives access to the villa that is fenced and, for security, there are outdoor recording systems and an alarm system.

The inner courtyard is paved with local stone and surrounded by lawn and monumental olive trees.

On the back of the villa, there is a private swimming pool of 4 x 15, deep 1.5 deep, with heated jets - hydromassage pool 236cm x 204cm. At the poolside, there is a solarium area and outdoor showers with a picturesque sea view.

At the side of the central body of the villa there is the front door that leads into the living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A bamboo partition separates the living area with sofas and comfortable seating. The entire façade, the white walls, and the niches make the room very bright.

The open plan kitchen has an iron structure with sliding glass doors that hide wooden shelves. Also, the marble worktop is created with iron structures and wooden compartments hide also the dishwasher and washing machine.

The full-length patio door of the kitchen overlooks the external patio with its large table which seats 10 people.

From the corridor next to the living room, you can access to the sleeping area: three double bedrooms, with double beds and private bathrooms. One of the rooms is communicating to the other, perfect for hosting families with children or groups of friends.

The interiors of the two luxurious private suites complete with exposed bathrooms complete with bathtub, located in the external structure and individually accessible from the courtyard.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for cooling / heating and practical bedside tables and cabinets ideal for your personal items.

Outside, there is a patio with cooking area complete with stove and barbecue for tasty barbecues.

Villa Mira is just a few minutes by car / bike from the uncontaminated sandy beaches of the Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve, in Carovigno, a popular medieval village for high-quality catering and gastronomy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If canceled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If canceled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 2,000.00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10.00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200.00.
