Villa Oriana is a wonderful new property tasteful designed near the historical town of Brindisi. This modern and elegant villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accomodate up to 6 people. 

The property is characterized by a minimalist style. There are two lounges with two small kitchens and 3 good-sized bedrooms. The modern straight lines and the neutral colors as well as the painting and the pictures radiating out feelings of calmness and relaxation. 

There are two dining rooms, each one with a small kitchen area. One side of the Villa has one double bedroom and a bathroom, lounge and dining area. Through a door you will find a second lounge with fireplace, open plan dining area and two further double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a small functional kitchen with dishwasher.

Outside you can enjoy the outdoor cooking area with barbecue and eat fresh-air meals under the 25m wooden veranda, or simply take sun baths and relax in the salt water pool with steps ideal for children.

The gardens are full of fruit trees of pear, apple, oranges, lemons, figs and almonds and there is also a small herb garden with chilies, parsley and basil if you want to add it to your home made cooked food.



Air conditioning in every room, internet and Wi-Fi, stereo system, alarm, electric gates.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
