Villa Patty is located near Carovigno, a perfect place between the countryside and the sea. It is a typical villa surrounded by olive groves and Fern Trees. 

Villa Patty is one level and can host up to 6 people.

There is a spacious living room with a sofa, a table that can accommodate up to eight people and a fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with stove, microwave, oven and fridge.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one has a double bed.

Outside there is a large furnished veranda to enjoy al fresco dining: there is also a barbecue and a wood oven.

The swimming pool, newly built, is surrounded by lawn, a pine forest and two hammocks.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
