Lamia Alta, thanks to its elevated position, dominates the entire valley offering a unique view of the Itria Valley countryside. The entire property is fenced, surrounded by oak and olive trees and its swimming pool is for the exclusive and private use of the guests.

You can access Lamia Alta via a beautiful unpaved road, lined with dry-stone walls, olive trees and oaks. Three hundred meters from the entrance gate you reach the parking area.

Lamia Alta is composed of two bedrooms with bathroom, a large living room with connected kitchen.

In the living area, with barrel vaults and resined micro-cement flooring, there is a sofa and an island kitchen with a dining table.

In front of the living area there is a patio with a sail and a view of the garden and the pool, and on the other side there is a veranda with a dining table for six.

It is possible to enter the two twin bedrooms through an independent entrance as well as from the living room. Both are composed of two twin single beds which can be joined together, two bedside tables with a light point, a small window, the walk-in closet with curtain and floor lamp. Connected to them there is a bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors to easily reach the private pool.

The inground pool is located in a panoramic position and is 12x6 m long with a depth of 1.5m.  The pool area is furnished with four sun loungers and a modern outdoor shower.

Several naturally shaded areas and an added sail extend this area of shade, equipped with a dining table and wall-mounted seats with cushions.

The swimming pool is opened from May 1st to September 30th

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATE

- Wi-fi

- Linen and towels (twice a week). Bathrobe and slippers once a week. Changeover day Saturday during July and August

- 2 cleaning per week included: Wednesday and Saturday.

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST 

- Extra linen and towels with an extra fee

- Extra cleaners € 15,00 per hour

- Heating to be paid extra at consumption and pool heating

- Cook service: ad hoc

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

- Event, wedding, birthday

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 2.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
