Trulli Nicoletta boasts a modern kitchen equipped with every comfort with a snack bar where you can have a hearty breakfast, or drink a good coffee.

Next to the kitchen is the modern lounge with vaulted ceilings, and a dining area with seating for 6 people.


The three double bedrooms are spacious and have vaulted ceilings, giving a feeling of space. Two bathrooms, well equipped and designed with a Mediterranean feel.

Exterior

Is a wonderful sight, with manicured gardens, pool area, with plenty of space to relax, with flower beds, lawns, and vegetable garden and  Fruit trees.

The pool has a specific shape, and equipped with sun loungers, adjacent to the pool area, there is a waterfall shower and sink outside.

An outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs are placed near to the outdoor kitchen. In addition, there are sofa's to relax outdoors and plenty of space to eat al fresco.

A short distance away, you can discover the beaches of Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, Monticelli, Villanova, Scoglio del Cavallo (beaches) or take a walk in the historic center of Ostuni, having a drink in the square, just watching the world go by.

Whilst the Trulli is only a short drive to the town of Ostuni, its advisable to drive to the town, as there are no pavements as such, and no street lighting.

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
