Trullo La Specchia is located on a hilltop between the stunning towns of Ostuni and Cisternin.

You can access the property through corten electric gates, you will find ample parking space for 3-7 cars.  

The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so it can host up to 8 people. It is composed of three beautifully restored stone buildings set around an elegant pool with gardens and lawn.

The first house is a newly restored Lamia consisting of 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. The restoration of the Trulli and Lamia have been designed in keeping with local traditions handed down by craftsmen over hundreds of years. The Lamia has under floor heating, Air Conditioning, custom kitchen.
The breakfast bar made from thick solid Oak can seat six people and is perfect for those wanting a quick breakfast before going outside to enjoy the peaceful gardens and the large pool.

All rooms have sliding doors, which gives you more room. The bedrooms are spacious and have barrelled ceilings. The first double bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, lighting and a bespoke wardrobe. The second bedroom can be a double or a twin, with bespoke headboard, handmade wardrobe space, using antique doors.

Lounge seats 6 comfortably, with 46" LG TV, wifi, open fireplace, coffee table. In this living area there is a sofa and two chairs allowing to accommodate six people comfortably.

The trullo which is attached but accessed from the outside, has a double bed with en-suite bathroom; it is ideal for a couple or grandparents, wanting their own privacy. A separate laundry room with washing machine is attached to the lamia next to the orange and lemon grove.

Pool Lamia, is detached from the main dwelling but it is ideally placed in the outside area in which to have breakfast, set back from the pool.  The Pool Lamia has a large four poster bed with drapes, small kitchen area, with sink, tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge. Air Conditioning/heating system. It is perfect for extended families or couples who want some peace and quiet, away from the main part of the property.

At the heart of the property is the elegant 5x12m pool with an inbuilt whirlpool seating section.  Eight sunbeds are provided with pool towels for you to relax and unwind. Several ancient olive trees surround the pool allowing for natural shade if desired.

The outdoor area is amazing and seats up to 10 people.  Hot and cold water, from the sink outside, make it an ideal area to prepare for your evening meal.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 2.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
