Trullo Vittoria give you the possibility to live a wonderful experience in a characteristic 3 - cone contruction that combines the rustic style typical of these buildings and the modernity of the renovation, immersed in the nature, near to Ostuni, the White City.

The property is surrounded by beautiful and well-kept gardens where you can find a wonderful pool and a comfortable pergola just to relax enjoying the coolness and the green landscape.

In the Trullo, that has kept the stone visible, you will find a masonry and fully equipped kitchen. The dinining area has a table with chairs, is openspace and overlooks the living area. Next to the sitting area there is a large fireplace and an armchair.

The Villa has two double bedrooms, the first one with a wrought iron double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second one, with a bed under a stone arch, has also a bathroom with shower.

SWIMMING POOL OPENING TIME

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST

- Heating to be paid extra at consumption

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
