Villa Badessa is a beautiful modern Villa with two trulli, near Ostuni, the white city.  This  property, with easy access to the beach, amidst olive trees and lawned gardens, has a swimming pool and a football, volleyball and tennis court. It can accomodate up to 12 people in 6 comfortable rooms with bathrooms ensuite.

All rooms have separate and independent entrances. The kitchen, with a dining room  and living room, has two side entrances and separates the living area with a sail-shaped pergola.

In front of the fully equipped kitchen there is a breakfast bar, or additional work surface, for group preparation of tasty dishes. On the opposite side, there is a dining table that can accomodate up to 8 people. 

The Lounge has comfortable sofas with the Smart TV and the window with bioethanol fireplace in the base. Between the leaving area and the sleeping area, there are suspended sofas with swings available to guests with table football and ping- pong table.

The bedrooms are isolated from the leaving area, in a continuous line with a shade pergola, there are two master bedrooms with a private courtyard and the central bedroom with two single beds. One of the two main rooms also has a TV. Each room in the modern area has a bathroom with double sink and mirrors, a toilet, a bidet, an internal shower connected to it, and his cooled with air conditioners. 

The first Trullo-dependance used as a suite, is located near the entrance to the structure, has a double bed in the niche and a bathroom attached to it. The second Trullo has two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms connected to them.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 2.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
