These beautiful two annexes are in the grounds of the Main House, one sleeping Six and the other sleeping Two.

Both have Air Conditioning throughout, (except the bedroom on the lower ground floor).

The smaller villa, is suitable for a couple, and has and entrance with kitchen made of stone, with bespoke furniture, all hand-made. The stone sink is typical of the region an it is in neutral colours. Gas hob and electric oven, along with a large fridge freezer, gives independence to the guests. Mosquito nets throughout. 

From the lounge through a beautifully designed archway you will go to the bedroom, where you will find drawers, and hanging space, all carved in natural wood. The bathroom is spacious, with overhead, and hand held shower, with a sliding door to the shower, along with stone sink, bidet and toilet. There is also a mirror and hairdryer.

The villa is alarmed, with electric gates to the entrance. Would suit a large family.

The larger villa sleeps six, there are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and the third bedroom is situated on the lower level. 

The villa has a large LG TV, with sky, and  Air Conditioning throughout, and its own entrance.  As you enter, the lounge, and the open plan kitchen, the internal dining area table seats six comfortably. There is also a sofa, for those who want to watch the TV, or want to read a book in comfort.

The kitchen is open plan, and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven and hob.

Bedrooms One and Two, are on the same floor of the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms one and two also have barreled ceilings in stone and en-suite, stone sink, large shower, all done to a high standard.

The third bedroom, is down a flight of steps, and has a small courtyard, where you can relax and enjoy the shade. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, bedside lamps, hand-made wardrobes, and en-suite with shower, bidet, toilet and stone sink. As this room is shaded from the sun and  it stays cool during the summer months, it does not need air conditioning. Totally private and hidden away for total privacy.

There is also a walled garden, with a small orchard, with fruit trees, and a stone arch way, all adding to the exquisite surrounding of this truly wonderful villa. Directly in front of the villa you will find the large 4m x 11m pool, which is 1.5m deep.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
