The apartment, recently renovated, is composed of an hallway, a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower with sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy backyard terrace to enjoy your breakfast in the open air.

The place is quiet, bright and it is surrounded by many plants. In fact, the terrace overlooks the inner garden.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Our check-in time is from 14:00 until 20:00

For late check-in, there is an extra fee to be paid upon arrival:

€ 30,00 for arrivals after 20:00 until 23:00. 

€ 80,00 for arrivals after 23:00.

Check-out time is within 11:00. Late check-out is subject to the availability of the property. Please ask availability and price.

Once your time of arrival is set and closer to your arrival date, we will let you know the name and phone number of the person in charge for your check-in.

Should you need help with transportation we offer a pick-up service from/to the airport to/from Rome.

The city tax payment € 3,50 per person and per night up to 10 nights is requested cash upon arrival.
