The Trulli were originally constructed as permanent dwellings by small proprietors or agricultural labourers. The Trullo is a traditional Apulian dry stone hut with a conical roof that has been elegantly restored to create  the holiday home of your dreams.  The splendor of this property is the result of a mix of contemporary and rustic styles.

There are four double bedrooms, and a single room, all of which have private bathrooms.  Each bedroom has its own individual design, and wonderful decor.

The junior suite is situated next to the main kitchen, with a tastefully done bathroom with large glass panel and shower.
The largest bathroom is nearly as big as the bedroom. Ideal for those who like plenty of space.

In the oldest part of the trullo and nestled in the cone of the structure, you will find a mezzanine floor, where there is another double bedroom, overlooking the lounge area.

The single bedroom has spectacular views, of both the trullo and Alberobello.  Two of the five bedrooms open up directly onto a patio, rather than inside the house.  Whilst these structures are joined, they are accessed externally, along with the bedroom on the mezzanine floor.

This beautiful property has 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are en-suite and one house bathroom, two kitchens; one kitchen is equipped to a high standard and could be used as a school for cooking, if you want we can arrange this kind of tasteful experience for you.


Outside you can find a wonderful area with gorgeous swimming pool.  

The beaches are only 27km far away.

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
