RESERVATION POLICY: To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount of the stay is required. This amount is not refundable. The balance is required 91 days before arrival. The security deposit must be paid 7 days before arrival to cover any damage or breakage. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation less than 3 months before arrival, the villa will retain 50% of the total amount. If you cancel your reservation less than 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the villa will keep 75% of the total amount. If you cancel your reservation less than 4 months before the arrival date, the villa will keep the full amount.
