Attico Girasole is a typical Apulian villa located on the beach with a magnificent view of the sea, near wonderful cities such as Gallipoli and Leuca.

The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fantastic view of the coastline, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, although you can often enjoy the cool sea breeze, and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.

There is also a veranda which offers the possibility to eat while enjoying the magnificent panorama, a barbecue and two outdoor showers, ideal for families or friends who love beach life.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST

- Additional sheets and towels must be paid extra

- Heating to be paid in addition to consumption

- Cook service: ad hoc

- Shopping service: € 50.00 + the cost of shopping (for arrival, only on arrival)

- Baby kit (bed + high chair): € 150.00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170.00 per person per hour

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in takes place between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Departure is between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

RESERVATION POLICY

30% payment at time of booking

Payment of the balance 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- In case of cancellation up to 46 days before your arrival date 30% of the total price of the reservation

- In case of cancellation less than 46 days before your arrival date 100% of the total price of the reservation



 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 500.00 is required.

Once the conditions of the property have been verified, it will be returned within 7 days after departure



NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE UP TO € 200.00

A payment of € 10.00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your stay, up to a value of € 200.00.
