Pajara Poetica can host up to 6 people, it is located only 4 minutes drive away from Torre Vado.
Pajara Poetica is a rustic building designed for those who like the 'real Italy'.

It has a traditional kitchen and dining area  with furniture that has been handed down and kept within the family.

The bedrooms are a good size, all doubles, with two bathrooms, one of which has a bath, so you can relax and enjoy a soak while others are outside playing in the pool or by the BBQ.

Pajara Poetica has a beautiful pool (5x12 – from 1,20 to 3 m depth) with sunbeds and external showers.

This building has a great outdoor space and a large covered veranda which offers much shade during the hot summer months.

The swimming pool is opened from May 1st to September 30th

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATE

- Wi-fi

- Air conditioning

- Linen and towels for one week

- Electricity consumption

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST 

- Extra linen and towels with an extra fee

- Heating to be paid extra at consumption

- Cook service: ad hoc

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
