Villa Alma has a special outdoor space and direct access to the sea.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can host up to 10 people comfortably.

Bedrooms are a good size and you can enjoy of the rocky coastline view where you have your own piece of paradise.

Near the villa there are many small inlets and beaches and also a Lido where you can hire sunbeds and parasols for the day. The villa has a large living space, with fully fitted kitchen, garden and private parking.

The villa is just off the main road that runs from Savelletri to Ostuni. Ideally located for those who want to spend time travelling around and exploring the many interesting sights that Puglia has to offer.

This part of Puglia was discovered and promoted by the famous chef Rick Stein, who visited Puglia, and loved the simplicity of the area characterised by unspoilt coastline and welcoming people.

Ostuni (The white city) is only a 20 minute drive away. At short distance, Fasano will welcome you and your children with its Zoo Safari.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
