It is a wonderful property renovated to a high standard in an ideal position, with private access, and surrounded by countryside. Sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 separate dwellings

This property is a wonderful mix of old and new.The main Trullo is well furnished with an open plan lounge with original Stella ceilings, dining area, and kitchen, with central island. The first bedroom has polished flooring.  
The 2nd bedroom has original stone flooring, and an archway leads through to the en-suite bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom, has a barrelled ceiling, with a double bed, and the old fireplace, being the focal point of this room. This bedroom has also an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are in separate units, that is ideal for having some privacy.
The outdoor space offers a swimming pool (6,5m x 12 m and depth from 1,40 m to 2,30 m) and an outdoor shower that is ingeniously hidden beneath an old Olive Tree.  There is also a vegetable garden, for guests use.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
