The garden, with olive trees and Mediterranean greenery offers a wide lawn looking on Garavicchio with a beautiful salted-water swimming-pool(13mtx6mt) equipped with nightlights, a conformable and spacious sunbathing area offering sunbeds and a pergola under which enjoy a nice shaded lunch during the hot summer days.

The outside areas of the villa are fully equipped with tables, chairs and comfortable sofas where guests can enjoy great relax while admiring the sunset. This property has all comforts: in addition to the swimming pool, there is a soccer field, BBQ, jumping, ping-pong, a vegetable garden providing seasonal vegetables and a hen-house providing daily fresh eggs. These last two every are managed by specific specialized staff. The property has two different access gates, both automatic, and a parking area for 8 cars.

The interiors, decorated with style, are stunningly furnished and finished with a particular attention to comfort. The spacious living room has three comfortable sofas located in front of a beautiful fire-place. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: a double room with ensuite bathroom, a twin-bed bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom (in this case the bathroom is on the corridor and has a beautiful bathtub) and the master bedroom with a French door overlooking the pool, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the basement where there is a beautiful children playroom equipped with television and Playstation, a service area (a twin-bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom) and a laundry. The property has air conditioning, 3 televisions and music diffusion system.

A gardener takes care of the property daily. Upon guests request extr services (cook or maid) can be provided. A bailment of 2.000 is required. Around Villa Julaki you can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings: you can go to Porto Santo Stefano or Porto Ercole, typical small fishermen villages, with glamours lifestyle, bars and restaurants. Maremmas inland offers great excursions: you can visit the ancients villages of Magliano in Toscana or Scansano and have a wine taste experience.

Just a few minutes from Villa Julaki there is the Giardino dei Tarocchi and Niki de Saint Phall incredible artistic production, alternatively the Etruscan necropolis of Tarquinia are 20 minutes by car . Last but not least you can enjoy great sensorial experiences at the Terme di Vulci with its magnificent thermal pools or the charming Terne di Saturnia.
