Villa Pinciana is a 54 hectares estate, part of which is dedicated to the culture of vineyards and olive trees. The estate extends over the hills of Capalbio towards the sea .

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, inside it has a large living room furnished with two comfortable sofas, a spacious kitchen and a large dining area, 4 double bedrooms each one with ensuite bathroom and a small outbuilding with 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. There is also a room for the staff and the cellar.

For your best relax you can enjoy the green you are surrounded by and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a large patio furnished with dining and living area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled up to 45 days before your arrival date, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be requested.
If cancelled later, 100% of the total amount of your stay will be requested.
