This beautiful Villa, a few minutes from Ostuni, the White city, and near the sea (accessible by bike),  has been recently restructured. 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms elegantly renovated, a wonderful pool. 

The property is private and accessed from a private road, it has electronic gates and a parking. The entrance opens into the living area, with the dining room and the living room with a bathroom and a view of the pool. The dining room has a large table that can seat up to 10 guests, a large L-shaped sofa, a small table and a Smart Tv, (including SKY satellite Tv and Netflix).

The hub of the house is the kitchen, fully equipped with a central island for food preparation. 

The sleeping area has a Master Suite with confortable mattress, a jacuzzi, a private bathroom and direct access to the swimming pool and the garden. There are other 3 Suites, all connected with private bathrooms completed of all you can need, with direct access to the garden.

The garden is surrounded by a high hedge that reserves privacy and tranquillity. The villa is also fenced with outdoor video surveillance. There are three verandas, two dining areas, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.

The swimming pool is opened from April 30th to October 30th

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST 

- Extra linen and towels with an extra fee

- Heating to be paid extra at consumption

- Cook service: ad hoc

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
