Casa Caselli is a lovely property immersed in the High Salento countryside, close to the town of Carovigno. The villa is just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Coast, awarded each year with the Blue Flag for clean water that is crystal clear, ideal for welcoming tourists from all over the world.As soon as you arrive, and drive through the electric gates, you will see the manicured gardens.

Casa Caselli is composed of a beautiful contemporary kitchen, fully equipped, and also boasts a large fridge freezer.  An open plan dining room and lounge.  A wooden table seating 6 people inside, where you can dine and relax with family or friends. There is a large maroon sofa which is central to the lounge, and ideal for just relaxing or watching TV.

Mosquito nets throughout, with A/C unit in the lounge. Only a 10 minutes drive to the beaches and to the town centre.

From this part of the villa you have a view through a stone niche where there is the characteristic stone fireplace and side by side there are the masonary seats on which are placed the cushions, which gives extra seating.

Casa Caselli is composed of three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are double, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and the other room has two single beds. All the rooms are very bright thanks to the windows placed in each of them and what makes them characteristic are the stone ceilings that make the rooms unique in design.

Going outside you can see the beautifully landscaped gardens, in the center of which is the wonderful swimming pool where you can have fun on hot summer days. On one side of the pool are sun loungers and sunbeds, and a very distinctive barbecue / pizza oven in which to enjoy delicious outdoor grills or pizza.  What better way of spending an evening than cooking with the family and eating outside on the veranda.

Also there is comfortable seating and an area in which to relax and just enjoy the lazy days.  Also great for an aperitivo with a good glass of Puglia wine.

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
