Il Frantoio is a wonderful villa with  clean lines and neutral colors, ideal for those who like peace and relax but also for those who want to enjoy the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches of the Apulian coast (3 Km far away).  The private garden of about 1 hectare has green fllourishing lawn, a majestic heated simming pool (15x5), a BBQ area, with an outdoor sink, perfect to dine under the stars.

The property has a large entrance hall featuring a fireplace and a guest bathroom. In the living room you will find a fireplace and a charming dining area with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen. The three main bedrooms have all a private bathroom and a guest bathroom comlete this floor.

A charming external stairs drive the guests to the romantic bedroom with its own bathroom at the first floor.

There is also a massage room and two terraces that offer a breathtaking view of the sea and of the city of Ostuni. 

All rooms can be heated or cooled, all doors and windows are protected by mosquito nets and massive steel grilles. 

The real gem of this property is the old mill which has preserved his original charm.

- Shopping service: € 50,00 + the cost of the shopping (for arrival only at the check-in)

- Baby kit (cot + high chair): € 150,00 per week or fraction

- Massage service: € 170,00 per person and per hour

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 2.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
