A few minutes from Ostuni, Dimora Celeste is a beautiful large villa with private swimming pool, 9 bedroom completely renovated with bathrooms ensuite, up to 18 sleeps.
The villa is in a residential area, with the pool area and lower veranda totally private.
Internally
A very spacious and wonderfully designed kitchen, with electric hob, and two ring gas hob with a large fridge freezer on the left, and fully fitted kitchen cupboards to the right is the hub of the villa, with the lounge and dining area large enough to seat everyone for dinner and lazy breakfasts. Or if you prefer you can enjoy breakfast outside under the covered veranda.
On this level you have steps up to three good sized bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. One of the bedrooms boasts a four poster bed, and overlooks the valley, towards Ostuni.
Most bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s, and air conditioning in each bedroom, with the exception of the Separate dependance, (not renovated), which has a small ktichen, two double bedrooms, and an A/C unit in the lounge area.
In this part of the property, there is also a small kitchenette, with 6 ringed gas hob, firdge, and table for four people. Great for the family with small children, who want to have a feeling of privacy, away from the main villa itself.
On the lower level, there are 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite and A/C. Updated in a rustic style, typical of the region.
Externally
The pool is large, with a depth from 1 m to 2,4, and measuring 12x 4 m. There is lots of places to sunbath but you can also enjoy the shade thanks to a pergola. There is an area for the children, with a baby and toddler swing.
The villa has electric gates. A parking, offered on the left hand side, can accommodate about 8 cars.
There is a washing machine on the veranda, for guests to use, also a Gas BBQ one on the lower level and one on the upper level.

30% down-payment at the booking moment
Balance payment 60 days before arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:
- If cancelled up to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price
- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit of € 2.000,00 is requested.
It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.
NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
