Villa Lilla is a detached villa in an elevated position in this private area of Ostuni.

It is just 15 minutes drive from the city centre known as the ‘White City’.

Villa Lilla is a modern villa with a private electric gate to access it. It is the ideal place for family or friends wanting peace and tranquility, with nearby restaurants and bars.

The villa is surrounded by an abundance of Olive trees, where you can enjoy your own little piece of heaven.

The entrance opens up into a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, 5 ringed electric hob and electric oven with extractor fan, dining inside and outside.

A special feature of Villa Lilla is that it has two large patio windows in place of walls, which allows you to look out onto the Pool area and its beautiful view. 

The villa has 3 king sized bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and two sharing a fully equipped bathroom. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and lamps with wardrobe space.

All the rooms can be either cooled or heated with the modern system which has been installed.

The washing machine is in a separate room along with the main electricity box.

There is also a safe.

Outside there are two main seating areas, one for alfresco eating and the second with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy a drink.

Of course, a BBQ could not miss! It is ideal for hot grills!

The amazing infinity pool is saline and salt and approximately 15m x 4m and 1.2 meters deep.

There is an outdoor shower, and also a covered area, should you need some shade from the heat of the mid-day sun.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 20:00

For late check-in there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the arrival time. Contact us for detailed information

Check-out time is between 7:00 and 10:00

For early or late check-out, there is an extra fee to be paid. Its amount changes according to the departure time. Contact us for detailed information.

 

BOOKING POLICY

30% down-payment at the booking moment

Balance payment 60 days before arrival

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charge will apply:

- If cancelled up to 46 prior to arrival 30% of the rental price

- If cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price

 

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of € 1.000,00 is requested.

It will be returned within 7 days after departure once the conditions of the property have been verified.

 

NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable accidental damage waiver of € 10,00 per person is requested to cover damage that may occur during your accommodation, up to the value of € 200,00.
